"Plos One" would probably be a good fit for that work.
P.S. It is nice to see the word "spirituality" mentioned in science people's work. In case you are interested there is this guy called John Polkinghorne (maybe you know him), both a famous physicist and an anglican priest, who has made some interesting contributions that show some light on the interaction between science and religion.
Hello Lloyd, I agree with Fernando but there is a bad new: in order to publish in Plos ONE you must pay for (and it's not cheap)
In my opinion the choice relies in the focus of the paper. I am just thinking aloud but if the aim is to show how graph theory may help to study the treatment of a suicidal youth, then a journal which usually publish methodological articles may be the best option. Also if your aim is to describe the clinical benefits of a graph theory-based assessment, I would aim to a more clinical journal.
I don't really have an answer to the question, but I would appreciate it if you would let us know when the article is published. I'm always interested in reading unique perspectives related to suicidality.
