Which vector can be used for the stable inducible expression of a gene in mammalian cell line for monitoring the expression?

Hey Manuel,

Thanks a lot for your valuable suggestion. I am, right now, planning to use pcDNA 3.1 for the transient expression of my protein. My study will be based on the observation of localisation of my protein in the cellular level. Could you please suggest whether the strategy will work for the kind of result I am expecting.
