I want to detect murine FoxO1 in bone marrow-derived cells. I have been using the C29H4 clone from CST but it is not satisfying since it gives lots and lots of bands on a western blot. Thus my question: Can any of you recommend an anti-FoxO1 antibodies that work in western blot (and maybe in IP)?
