Can anyone provide me the 'license.dat" file for FEAR package?

I am in need of license for FEAR package. I requested the developer for the license several time and followed all the instructions given on their site, however did not got any response from there. I have to use it for academic purpose only. If you have the license please send it to me at [email protected].
