While working at the Schick Shadel Hospital of Seattle I developed a nausea based counter conditioning treatment that for most heroin dependent recipients replaces their heroin cravings with heroin aversions/revulsions. The treatment combines hypnosis and chemical (emetic) aversion therapy and incorporates the use of fake heroin products.Black tar heroin was the primary target substance in Seattle. However, I recently mover to the new Schick Shadel Hospital in Cooper City Florida. Here china white and other heroin products are far more popular than black tar heroin. The additional fake heroin products are needed for improved treatment and research applications. Any assistance with directions to prepare the additional products will be greatly appreciated. If you have information about fake black tar, please send that as well.

Dilaudid hydromorphone, suboxone (buprenorphine) without the naloxone, morphine. oxycontin. Along of them either use the liquid strait or crush it us and heat it in spoon with cotton balls (it acts like a filter) and then draw it in through a needle. I've also seen people short it. Re: the suboxone, don't forget is has a ceiling effect and so after a certain amount it will not work.
Pretty much anything you can put in a needle and shoot up or stick up your nose (gross, I know). I used to work at a rehab center and this is what I caught a few of them doing.
I don't know anything about the street names though aside from what you mentioned but if I think of something I'll post it.
As for fake black tar and china the only other one I've ever heard of is Mexican mud. I met some dealers and had some clients that would sell baby laxatives mixed with some vicodin and MDMA or even sugar. My clients though usually ended up using morphine, dilaudid, or buprenorphine,
Innumerable diverse products/substances₩actose, meperidine) have been represented and sold as heroin.Thus, it is not particularly difficult to "fake" heroin. The real question is why? If you are simply after a placebo response, I would simply suggest an IV injection of sterile normal saline solution.
Regarding the "aversion therapy" aspect of your question, please let me add the following comments. Over 40 years ago in California (prior to becoming an academic) I was a consultant for a large addictions treatment center that specialized in aversion therapy for alcoholics. As I recall, it had a very large very well stocked bar --- including all the "top shelf" labels, all 100% undiluted, and no "faked" or imitation products. Of course, each beverage had a small dose of emetine that was added to induce vomiting --- as you referred to in your question. The residents, virtually all men at that time, could go to the "bar" and pour themselves as stiff a drink as they wished (usually "2 or 3 fingers") of their very favorite beverage. Within a short time of consumption, they would vomit. After repeating this process several times, they developed an "aversion" to their favorite alcoholic beverage (even to its sight and smell).
That said, I am not at all convinced that trying the same "trick" with "fake heroin" would work. The basic principles are simply not equivalent and the basic assumptions are simply not met. In addition, any "long-term" improvement in the nature or extent of the alcohol use disorder among the "California" sample may have started with aversion, but was successfully achieved with the implementation of multimodal therapeutic strategies, including appropriate cognitive-behavioural techniques.
