immediately after sacrifice tie the gut from upper end then inject with 10% NBF, into the intestine so that it completely fills it and all the faecal material should drain out fromit then tie lower end . and preserve in 10% NBF for 4 to 7 days before processing. then also you find problem go for boins fluid fixation. take transverse section and cut face should be taken for viewing. any problem you can ask me any time.

Please place the mucosa up facing you, and make thin vertical slices downwards: mucosa-wall-serosa. then orient while embedding. The vertical tissue should now turn 90 degrees and lie down so that the cutting surface (using microtome) will show mucosa-wall-serosa from right to left, or left to right.

Yes mohamed that can be done, but to prevent dilution of fixative directly washing with fixative is recommended. As i have mentioned draining of fecal material.
