I think you can start by maleic anhydride.

1- Add 1 equivalent of bromine to obtain threo-2,3-dibromosuccinic anhydride (II)

2- Use one equivalent of mg turning to form Grignard reagent to which add 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde to produce III (hydroxyderivative)

3- Heat III in glacial acetic to ~80 for 2-3 hours to get IV

4- To IV add again 1 equivalent of Mg turning  and repeat step 2 then 3

5- Add 2 equivalent of tyramine.

6- If you obtain one amide thus, you need to under go reflux of this mixture in glacial acetic (monitor by TLC)

I think,  Abel-Nasser Ahmed El-Shorbagi, that you will hve trouble making a Grignard from a 1,2-dibromide.   The potential carbanion will simple eliminate bromide ion from the neighbouring carbon to regenerate the starting olefin.   This is a standard method to debrominate 1,2- dibromides.   i.e., Treat a 1,2 dibromide with magnesium to generate an olefin.
