I find only few very old papers about changes in cognitive functions during hypoxia. I need smth about quality of speech or like that during functional state changes - in pilots for example

at a first glance, Authors didn't consider the possibility of reverse causality: i.e. that less performant patients were less compliant with oxygen therapy
