there are a number of textbooks available for studying x-ray crystallography by targeting Structural Biology and some of them are definitely excellent. I just want to pick one single textbook which will cover all of the aspects of the x-ray crystallography. As a novice which one will be perfect or at least suitable for me? Please give me your suggestion.

I recommend the book "Structure Determination by X-ray Crystallography" by Mark Ladd and Rex Palmer (https://link.springer.com/book/10.1007/978-1-4614-3954-7). It is a good review of each step in structural determination.
There is another classic textbook, it is "Fundamentals of Crystallography" by Carmelo Giacovazzo (https://www.oxfordscholarship.com/view/10.1093/acprof:oso/9780199573653.001.0001/acprof-9780199573653).

I strongly recommend the book X-ray Crystallography by Gregory Girolami, or if you want to dig deeper, then Fundamentals of Crystallography by Giacovazzo which 'contains all you ever need to know about crystallography.
