I used the vibration polisher to relieve the surface stress for 8h. But the recognition rate of EBSD is very low. So I want to try with the electropolishing for performing EBSD. Cound you give me some detailed information about electropolishing solution for 316 steel including the electrolyte, temperature, voltage and electric current? Thanks in advance.

Very interesting to note that vibration polishing fails to give you good sample for EBSD.... I used it routinely to polish stainless steel samples and got fairly good hit rate (>95%). I suggest you should play little bit with polishing solution (colloidal silica conc and pH), load and vibration level.... 8-10h is sufficient to give you good results.
Alternatively, electropolishing is a good idea. But, for electroplishing also you need to optimize your operating parameters.
