Legally NOBODY on ResearchGate can provide you with "JCPDS cards" as this is a licensed commercial database from the International Centre for Diffraction Data (ICDD.com), as sharing it violates both the ICDD license and the ResearchGate terms of service.
You obviously don't have a current ICDD license or you would not be asking the question. If you have the resources and need I would recommend purchasing a license, otherwise there are non-commercial structure databases you could use - I would recommend the Crystallography Open Database to you.
Another option is to obtain your structure data the same way the ICDD does: scour the open literature for structure data for the phases you are interested in. This is of course time consuming and you need to validate that the data is accurate - that is a part of what you pay for in a commercial product - but this approach should meet your needs and provide you an excellent learning opportunity.
