I have collected GNSS data in kinematic mode on different dates, with different commercial GNSS receivers, on the university campus. I have post processed all the datasets, now I want to merge all the dataset, but the accuracy of each dataset is different, Is there any algorithm or methodology for merging the data?

If you want to achieve better results, you need static DGPS method, which is has different data acquisition method as well, however for RTK so far I know you can achieved the accuracy around 5cm.

I think you have to use DGPS RTK which uses a rael time correction between the Base staion reciever and the rover. Using this technique of GNSS you can reach a homogenuous accuracy for all stations you measure, and an accuracy may be about 1cm, if you work on an updated base station.
