Can anyone please help me in extracting the spectra from the image obtained from the CCD?

I obtained the image from CCD using the LabVIEW program. Now I need to get the spectral feature from this image. I have the calibrated wavelength for this as well. I will be glad if anyone explain me the steps in this process rather than giving me the name of a few software.

I think, it is simple if you use the vision Development Module provided by NI.
