This is comprehensive management knowledge that has been implemented in many enterprises and the results that followed were: profit increase by 350%, productivity by 130%, revenue by 100%, etc. The whole organization of the enterprise was optimized in terms of leadership, enterprise culture impact and more. The thesis was defended before Tsinghua University, China.
