We pulled our own micropipettes to extract CSF from anesthetized mice. We do not use a micrometer/syringe system, we just gently poke the micropipette tip into the appropriate location to isolate the CSF. I would love any tips/best practices on transferring the CSF from the micropipette into an eppendorf tube with minimal contamination!

**Note: I am a training specialist teaching lab animal techniques/dissection/surgeries, so the downstream processes for these samples vary depending on the lab I work with.
