Can anyone kindly suggest me the possible ways to separate silica from manganese silicate (ore) effectively prior to smelting ?

low grade manganese ore preferably containing manganese silicate and iron oxide.

You are absolutely right Sir..without dissolution it's not possible since it is a silicate..instead Mn-carbonate can be obtained by selective dissolution..
