Can anyone interpret whether RNA is present in this 1.5% RNA gel run.?

First 3 wells have RNA sample and last one is 100bp Ladder.

We have done the RNA isoaltion from Blood with TRIZOL method. (Takara- RNAiso plus blood).

Your ladder is too small to make a good comparison. Here's a quick reference for you:
