Can anyone help with this error running UMAT subroutine in ABAQUS?

I am using Lade's single hardening model in the UMAT (attached here). I am running a simple model in Abaqus to test this material model. I am receiving this error "Solver problem Numerical Singularity when processing node Part-1-1.26 D.O.F. 8 ratio= 349.846E+12".

I know that DOF=8 is the pore water pressure, but I am sure I defined it correctly in Abaqus. I am attaching the model here. Please help me.

I am using Depvar= 15. I tried to change it. However, the problem still exists.
