Can anyone help with Raman Mode (2Eu) in alpha Fe2O3?

The appearance of 2Eu mode in alpha Fe2O3 .. it is known to be present due to stress effect and defects. Cr2O3 and alpha Fe2O3 have the same Raman active modes , so why does this mode appear only in alpha Fe2O3 ?
