Can anyone help with AuNP adsorption on teflon parts of Avanti mini Extruder?

During the encapsulation process of gold nanoparticles, is it possible that gold nps may be adsorbed on teflon parts of extruder? I am using Avanti extruder set to prepare the gold loaded liposomes. Please could you share your experiences about it? And by the way how can I clean after the extrusion? To clean the extruder parts i am using 2-propanol or acetone.
