Can anyone help to recommend any software for analysising the solubility and aggregation trend of a protein or a region when expressed in E.coil ?

I'm trying to express PCV2 VP2 protein in E.coli with high biologic activity. I'v tried to express it with many fusion proteins in different host strains under levels of temperature , however I always get inclusion body.
