Can anyone help to install a Python input output analysis module pyio 2.1.exe?

I want to conduct an input-output analysis but after downloading the Zip folder and double clicking the exe file the error is that "the specified module could not be found...."

Hi Benard. The problem is with your operating system. PyIO would run if your operating system is WindowsXP.
