I performenced a 4 point bending calculation in Abaqus/Standard, and then I imported the resultats to Abaqus/Explicit to do a dynamic job. Due to the difference of the contact algorithms between Abaqus/Std and Abaqus/Exp, the contact state could not be imported. So I would like to know if there is a solution to establish the contact state quickly without influencing the stress state in the body? The bending is performenced using 4 discrete rigid bodies (two punches and two supports) and one deformable plate.
Any of your suggestions will be very appreciated.

Thank you very much for your reply. And you are absolutely right on the issue of your given suggestion. But in my model, the Explicit time increment is too small, which leads to the fact that performing a Explicit quasi static calculation is too time consuming and not very convenient for me.

A call would be to reset a quasi static simulation in explicit by applying your static solution as prescribed displacement outside contact and let the explicit solver find its own contact state from this.
That way you can set up a much simpler, hopefully quicker, quasi-static simulation for the explicit solver before starting. There may be some stress imbalance between the prescribed and free areas in this 'restart' so I am not sure it would work perfectly without more adjusments.

Thank you very much for your reply. I have tested this method, but it didn't work well. Because it is too difficult to establish the contact state in the implicit calculation due to the differences between Abaqus/Implicit and Aabqus/Explicit, such as the contact discretization (node to surface and surface to surface), pressure-overclosure method (penalty method and lagrange multiplier method), and the integration of contact constraints in the formulation. So finaly, I have all the same the imbalance at the beginning of the explicit calculation.
Ideally, I would like re-fond the balance of the system at the moment of results transfer from the static calculation.
