Can anyone help solving problems in chemsketch freeware?

I am facing problems lately with chemsketch freeware, I cannot copy and paste on word and powerpoint, nor edit chemsketch objects in these software. Can anyone advise me what can I do? I have already uninstalled and installed the software. I encounter these problems on both my computers (personal and work).
