Calphad S/W is good choice for isothermal phase transformation. However, in the case of non-isothermal phase transformation, accruacy is not very good.

In that case, artificial neural network can be one of considerations. Please refer following paper.

try JMAT PRO. It gives you the phases present at all temperatures and what all the volume percentages at that temperatures.
