If you know the details of Uronic acid then it is easier to extract, detect and quantify it from seaweed. Solubility and Its analytical parameters may play an important role to genrate any kind of protocol for this purpose. Try to find out the details of Uronic acid or try to get pure standard of uronic acid and check out its presence in aqueous or hydroalcohol extract of seaweed.
