It is not so easy, to find a "perfect" primer for this protein. I have already tested several sequences, although unsuccessfully. Will be very grateful for qualified help, as I am getting a bit desperate.
Thanks, Ramyar. The database is available, and I have tried with three different designer-software. Problem is that these primers have either very high CG content, or very high self-complementarity. So it is really hard to design the "perfect" primer, which shows nice melting curve without byproducts.
I think you can trust the commercialized primers. And, if you wanna get the primers' sequences, you can insert the PCR product into a T-A vector and just sequence it. It sounds reasonable, right?
