We are making a survey of the freshwater protozoa found in the River Nile in Egypt. We have got hundreds of photos but we need an expert in protozoa who can help in identification. The following photo is an example.
Maybe I am wrong, but it looks like Naegleria sp. (round cyst and amoebic form with pseudopodia). How high is the temperature of the River Nile water?
The round :it looks Parascaris equrium egg, others amoeba form may be Naegleria sp.

So, it seems to me to be an Arcella sp., but I may need someone who is specialised to confirm my suggestion. The second photo has been suggested to be Acanthamoeba sp. which is close to be correct. The third photo could be Myorella but I still need an expert who can confirm my suggestions.
