The enzymes are:
1. 4-hydroxy-2-oxovalerate aldolase
2. Carbazole 1,9a-dioxygenase
3. 2'-aminobiphenyl-2,3-diol 1,2-dioxygenase
4. 2-hydroxy-6-oxo-6-(2'-aminophenyl)-hexa-2E,4Z-dienoate hydrolase
5. Anthranilate 1,2-dioxygenase
6. Cis-2-hydroxy-penta-2,4-dienoate hydratase
7. 2-hydroxy-cis,cis-muconate semialdehyde hydrolase
These are reported carbazole degrading enzymes which are produced by bacteria during its biodegradation. I need to know the protocols of the enzymes for confirming their pre(ab)sence. It will be great help if anyone can help me to get the enzyme assay protocols of at least of the first 4 enzymes.

I understand that recombinant molecular method can be used. You need to look it up though.
