Thanks for the reply.. I went through that software but the data points are not visible in the piper diagram compare to the other. While,Skimming through some papers i found that data points in the diagram.

Not sure does it(data points in figure) consists of that much important. Your views are welcome ..

For the diagram of Piper , Scatter plot etc use Grapher and Rockware softwere.

AQUACHEM is a best software for water quality representation and interpretation.

Grapher software  you can use for geochemistry  and other purposes.

You can use - Hydrogeo package in R to make piper plots (R is a FREE powerful freeware for statistical analysis and modeling and has features comparable to MATLAB, SAS etc.  - See: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/hydrogeo/hydrogeo.pdf  (documentation of Hydrogeo package) and https://cran.r-project.org/ to download R.  There are several tutorials on youtube to get you started on R.

GWChart from USGS (https://water.usgs.gov/nrp/gwsoftware/GW_Chart/GW_Chart.html) can also another freeware program   make Piper plots quickly.

I've used AquaChem, PHREEQC and Geochemists Workbench. I my experience, AquaChem is very buggy and unstable - I've used various different versions on a range of PCs. I know a few others who have had a similar experience with AquaChem, Geochemist Workbench is the most user friendly in my opinion, stable and quick once you have set up the basis species - although it is relatively expensive. Aabel by Gigawizz offers plenty of graphical options but does not perform unit conversion, saturation indices or major ion facies. 

You can plot Piper Diagram using the Free Statistical Software R using the Hydrogeo package (library).  I am herewith attaching a simple R script and a CSV file (with example data).  You can visit https://cran.r-project.org/ to download base R.

We all can make gibbs diagrams for water quality via. simple two axis plot using excel by plotting TDS (mg/l) in x axis vs cations or anions in y axis, keeping in mind to increase x axis maximum limit to 10000 mg/l (from format axis tab) and by clicking on logarithmic scale.

Need no software ... use excel only. One sample file of my data attached... thank you.

#Charles Darwin# I don't think so if there is a specific software that is used to plot a Gibbs diagram.You need just two axis (TDS on y-axis and the ratio of Na=Na/(Ca + Mg) on x-axis then use scatter plot in microsof Excel package to display the the kwon parameters I mean the TDS and Na ratio,and you must follow a publisher paper on Which they conducted Gibbs diagram analysis to delineate the limits of your displayed data by using the same principal as the author that wrote the paper.

For plotting of geochemical data, I have used AqQA, Geochemist's Workbench (GWB), and AquaChem. Of the three I DO NOT RECOMMEND AQUACHEM. The program is clunky, erratic, and files are not easy to set up. AqAQ and GWB plotting files are set up in spreadsheets, and figures generated directly from the spreadsheets. Both are far easier and more intuitive than the byzantine procedures around which AquaChem is designed.

AqQA is equivalent to the Geochemist's Spreadsheet and associated plotting modules of GWB, but costs much less (~$350) than the Essentials version of GWB ($2200 for a perpetual license, $700 for an annual license). With the Essential version of GWB, you can do a lot more basic geochemical analysis/modeling than you can with AqAQ, and that includes generating Eh-pH disgrams, equilibrium/speciation, etc, but there is really not much difference in the quality of common geochemical plots (Piper, Durov, Schoeller, Stiff, XY, etc) generated by the two programs. If you are principally interested in plotting of basic geochem diagrams for water chemistry, then I highly recommend AqQA. You can do all of the associated equilibrium and reaction modeling with PHREEQC (public domain, freeware). There is not a steep learning curve with AqQA. If you can work with a spreadsheet and follow the straightforward instructions for generating figures, you can be up and running in a matter of 10 minutes with AqQA. I recommend both AqAQ and GWB. I default to GWB in most cases because of what I do as a geochemical modeler, but I have no problem recommending AqQA for plotting and data assessment.
