Can anyone help me to do doping calculation while doing magnetite nanoparticles synthesis?

Suppose I have 9.00gm Fe(NO3)3.9H2O and 4.00 gm KOH. If I want 1.5% doping of Co(NO3)2.6H2O, in magnetite what will be the calculation process in the molar ratio??

When doping is used what will be the written form (CoxFe3-xO4)??
