My lab has just successfully sequenced the DNA barcode of three species of Cecidomyiidae (genus Stenodiplosis), as well as 7 parasitoids of these species. We were able to extract DNA without destroying specimens (!). Do you need help with the phylogenetics, or with the methods to obtain DNA, or with sequencing? What exactly do you need?
