Dr. Ivanova's question is excellent. Why do you need cleanup? Use stacking.

On another note, it took me less than 30 seconds to perform a search and find multiple SPE cleanup methods for ibuprofen and ofloxacin from aqueous samples. One of the hallmarks of any successful scientist is his ability to search and read the literature available. The answer to your question is at your fingertips but you clearly haven't looked for it.
