A parasitoid wasp  (Hymenoptera) in the superfamily Chalcidoidea. The specimen is a wasp not a thrip Terebrantia (Thysanoptera). The low resolution and quality of the photograph does not allow to ID at family or genus level.

Dear Sagar Sarang, After enlargibg image of the Hymenoptera, I can say without error of identification that it is a specie of Chalcidoidea of the family Eulophidae (I have carefully examined antennas). Sincerely yours. André Panis (France)
