Can anyone help me about TRV-VIGS?

I have used TRV vector for VIGS and PDS homologous gene from soybean.Unfortunately, I did not get the albino phenotype in my soybean plants. I have got yellow phenotype and my qRT-PCR also did not prove my gene. But when I have tested the same procedure in tobacco it was working in all molecular methods. So, what can Ido now?

Hi, Did you check if your soybean genotype is a natural host ? The other thing you can test is to increase the light intensity to otimize Chlorophyll degradation and also temperature 25 to 27°C which can help for more effective silencing. you can also try the BPMV which is very effective in soybean.
