Hi! We collected these microalgae in a river in Bukidnon, Philippines. The sample was then cultured in Bold’s basal medium. This image was taken under OIO with micrometer. Contrast and brightness are altered.
4,5,6,7- are Cells and autospores of Chlorococcum/ Chlorella, to confirm that, kindly put some live culture in water and wait for some time if the spores started running that is Chlorococcum, if it does not produce any motile spore even after 30 minutes then it is Chlorella sp...

Almost all the discoid microalgae in the image are Chlorococcum, either propagules or individual cells/assemblages (6 and 4, 5, 7 respectively). No. 2 is definitely Scenedesmus sp. (not S. quadricauda I'm afraid), No. 1 is either a diatom, either Navicula or Rhizosolenia, none of whose cell outlines are distinguishable in the picture. No. 3 probably is a spore since the arranged linearly along with the other spores after release from the parent cell boundary as a clearly discernible decrease in diameter can be observed. None of the cells possess a cupular chloroplast, hence I believe none are Chlorella. The cells at 10/11 o'clock position appear to be most likely Chlorococcum macrostignatum.
