I need simulation model in matlab of 3 level 3 phase NPC inverter so that I can get the graphs of voltage unbalancing problem of both the capacitors using SVPWM. Helps in this regard will be highly appreciated!
Maybe you can get this information from a manufacturer of that type inverted. They may also have the simulation you are asking for. Each manufacturer should have a slightly different performance curve based on non idealities. It also depends on which Inductors are close coupled in your system. Mostly you get a vibration and power surge which in practice causes one or more phases to drop out. In my experience the engineer put the system into single phase mode operating at slow speed until a repair could be made.
