Is there any software available to simulate the behaviour (growth, differentiation etc.) of different cell type on an implant surface.
Also, software related to simulation of drug loading and release from a drug carrier and its pharmacokinetics.
Not all problems can be predicted by software, least to find THE software. Usually, two different kingdoms do not mix match for predictability unless are well empericalized and synchronized. Probably none of the softwares you are looking for is available. However, your empirical relationship based on the patterned relationship with each of these factors can be used to predict the outcome or at least projected in some way!
I have not come across any software that is able to simulate growth and differentiation of different cell types.
However regrading drug release modelling, if you have an idea about the release kinetics you can use MATLAB/Python to design your own model. However I am not sure what is the output your expecting from it but have a look at the link below it might help you in finding what you need.
