Hello, if the conference papers were published in the proceedings, you must completely rewrite the papers, starting with the titles, then the abstracts and all of the papers.

To find out in which newspaper indexed scopus, you must first check in your references the newspapers in which the cited papers were published. Then you can query the SCOPUS database on newspapers. Please Please pay particular attention to the information available in the response from Dr Shirshendu Roy
