Can anyone explain what are the reasons for D, G and 2D peak shifts in graphene?

For nano-composites.

The most basic influence on the G and 2D band shifts are strain level(T. M. G. Mohiuddin Phys. Rev. B 79, 205433 (2009))and concentration ( Jun YanPhys. Rev. Lett. 98, 166802 (2007)). Those theories and experiments were done for exfoliated graphene- I'm not sure if the same reaction will be for nano-compisites
