I tried to check the CV data between graphene and graphene/PANI.
Since they are powder I mix with PTFE 60%h2O to graphene and graphene/PANI and put on nickle plate to make a working electrode.
1. I would like to know how many grams of sample should I make (The mass of the elctrode)
2. What electrolyte should i Use and why? (I'm using 1M H2SO4 as in other thesis)
3. What is the possible reason of my data came out like that?

The choice of electrolyte can be different from the electrochemical applications.
However, It seems that you are targeting to examine your material for the use in supercapacitor. The most commonly used electrolyte is 6.0 M KOH for carbon material. This is because relatively high specific capacitance can be obtained rather than other types of electrolyte. Although several studies have been investigated for the effects of pH by comparing with Na2SO4 (neutral) and H2SO4 (acid), carbon material exhibits relatively high performance within KOH (alkali) media.
And one more important thing is that you must not use nickel foam when you use H2SO4 with potential window (-0.2~1.0 V vs. NHE). In your examination condition, I recommend you to use the stainless steel mesh. Ni foam is usually used with alkali electrolyte with the potential window (-1.0 to 0 V vs. Ag/AgCl). Please make sure you would convert the potential window to calomel reference electrode based values from Ag/AgCl.
Ni foam cc dissolves in acid,better change the electrolyte .I guess you are scanning beyond the voltage limit of your composite,Try to decrease the working voltage . most common Ni foam electrode will be 1*1 cm2. Mass loading will depend on your density of materials. uniform and thin coating will give you better results.
I think there is some problem with the uniformity of Ni loading which is degrading under high potential.
The potential window is wider in this case..for composites containing PANI, this should be between -0.2-0.8, further PANI can be activated in H2SO4 as compared to KOH. It is better to use titanium as working electrode. Again, the performance of your composite depends more on how you synthesize it, and oxidation state of PANI?
