SAED pattern of AgNPs reveals 5 (111, 200, 220, 311, 222) and 4 (111, 200, 220, 311) diffraction rings in two sets of reaction.
I'm not quite sure whether I did understand your question correctly or not.
Polycrystalline materials reveal ring electron diffraction patterns as opposed to single crystal materials showing spot electron diffraction patterns.
Thnx. for your reply but it's not clear.
Biosynthesized AgNPs under light shows 5 rings, whereas AgNPs synthesized under dark shows 4 rings, what it indicates and how to describe it?

Dear Sir,
first of all, this is not an issue.....
1) look at the attached pdf. Ag crystals diffracting intensity values in the second column.
which goes down.....
2) Around 3-4 rings of higher d-spacing generally observed for nanocrystalline entities.
hope it will help,
regards
Santanu
True, but interested to know why there is such difference between the AgNPs synthesized under light vs. dark conditions?
As u are firm on the SAED localized Ring pattern (5 rings Vs. 4 rings). My interest then moves to both powders Bulk XRD data comparison.
2 theta range= 35-95 degree. Does here also happens in similar way like SAED for both these samples.
Then Light Vs. Dark reaction conditions distinct Ag crystal growth aspect will be may be plausible.
Please mention me i specifically work on crystal growth, it is of interest to me. so that i can get back to u again.
I am putting one of my assumption for help.
Kind regards
