Can a pure polymer have specific surface area (BET)?

Hello. I got BET SSA results for, metal-polymer composite :SSA=48 m2/g. Oxidized metal-polymer composite :SSA= 9 m2/g. (particle size growth) pure polymer :SSA= 0.2 m2/g.
