I have seen comsol example where applied potential can be used for generating mechanical stress.
If any example that can show me how simulate in comsol other way round i.e. vibration into electric potential with piezoelectric materials, that would be really helpful.

As far as I know, in simulating power generation using piezoelectric materials at COMSOL, you can use both "solid mechanics" and "acoustic" modoules depending on the governed situation. If you want to generate power using common mechanical forces you can use the first one (solid mechanics) and if the origin of the force is an ultrasonic sound for example, you should use the other.
