I’m working on theory of reversible adaptation. It concerns both cell-scale and organism-scale adjustments under environmental alterations. In particular, under adaptation to hypoxia conditions, the respiratory and cardiovascular systems display transitory reactions which can be explained if some broken components of HIF penetrated into a blood and circulate for some times.
