Can anyone classify substances related to allotropes ?

In reality, above the depletion of ozone layer, such as classification of molecular oxygen or dioxygen, can we classify this substance ? because it has been noted that intensity of uv radiations disinfected optical nerves for some and damaged for other due to thin particles which resides in Ozone awareness?
