Can anyone can help me finding suitable PCR based method (not RT-PCR) for the analysis of EGFR mutation to treat lung cancer patients with Tarceva (polymorphism specific treatment)?

Hi abul,

you should isolate the plasmid, design primers, the number changes according to the size of your vector ( in general one primer covers 200-300 bp) and ,ake a sequencing. When you analyse your sequencing you will be able to identify the mutation.
