I am total agree with Vadim S. Gorshkov . these two kinds of sample are different in size parameter. B sample is bigger because of higher FWHM value. with aid of Scherrer equation you can calculate the number of layers that is a critical point in the detection of graphene from graphite.
It looks as graphite... What problems? As it has layer structure, you see only one real sharp reflex ((002) due to strong texture, and weak reflex near 54 deg. is graphite 004 line (reflex (002) also present in graphene diffracrogram, but looks much more smudged). Practically it is not so easy separate this image from graphene. Check a picture for a sample prepared on petroleum jelly (or any other viscous substance, you just need to first check it, is there own XRD peaks or not). If you receive classic graphite picture (it easy find in database), it meant, what in absence of texture you see all regular peaks. If you reseive same picture as A and B samples, but with weak smeared main peak, it meant, what you have real graphene.

Try to compare your XRD peaks with JCDPCS files. Automatically yiu will get a comparative result.

Just make a comparison data in Origin software between your XRD peaks with your standards. You can use ICSD or JCPDS. If the main peaks (the highest intensities) has the same theta degree with the standards, so basically your sample contain the samples.
You have mostly graphite in both cases.
Notice that you have some small peaks at 22.5º and 17º, which must have a interlayer separation larger than that of graphite... perhaps some graphene oxide (I forgot what is interlayer separation of GO)?
You might have some graphene though... better to do Raman analysis and purify your sample (centrifugation?).

-If yes then what does an XRD of graphene look like ?
-Does the very slight increase in d-spacing of the sample B signifies something and what can i interpret from the strong peaks of Sample B at 26 degrees as compares to lower peaks at 26 degrees in sample A .
Fabrizio Guzzetta So what data can i extract when i get the raman test of these 2 samples . And if i have a sample i need to confirm that weather its graphene or not what all tests shall i run on it .
Aman Singhal you can find XRD of graphene in many articles. in summary, FWHM value for the graphene is higher than that for the graphite due to its small particles. the 2 theta is around 26 for both structures.
how did u prepare graphene? in both cases u have sharp peaks which is mostly graphite, in case of graphene u must see broaden peak between 24-26 degree.
