Can anyone advise on C++ debugging issues? Is there any mature / adequate IDE which does code debugging in a systematic way and easy to understand and manage for students?

In early C++ programming classes one of biggest issues students do face is debugging code. I have tried few like Dev c++ and Turbo but not adequate when it comes classes and advanced programming, these tools fail. I am looking for well managed debugging tools in IDE.
