Can anybody suggest alternate host for a PQE30 vector, a T5 promoter expression vector requiring a trans repression plasmid bearing host E.coli M15?

Source is QIAGEN and currently the host strains cannot be procured. And if anybody can clarify if the lacIq strains can be good enough? Thanx.
